Supported Questions

• Download problems.
• Missing or corrupted package files.
• Ordinary desktop font installation problems.
• Basic WOFF/WOFF2 self-hosting questions.
• Clarifying included files, documented glyph support, release scope, and standard-license boundaries.
• Routing extended-license questions to owner review.

Not Included

Support does not include custom font modifications, new glyphs, language expansion, alternate styles, deadline support, debugging private projects, legal advice beyond the written policies, or guaranteed compatibility with every app or workflow.

What To Include

Include the order email, operating system, app/browser/workflow, Press Index Family package version, and a screenshot or brief description. Do not send passwords, API keys, private client files, raw project assets, or confidential material.
